We hope you love your QHUIT products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the information below.
European Union (EU)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at chezqhuit@gmail.com or use our Withdrawal Request form available on our website within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number.
Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will confirm receipt by email.
Returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed and unused

Be returned with all original tags, labels and packaging intact

Be returned in their original condition
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
For your own security, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. QHUIT is not responsible for returned parcels lost during transit.

The returned item(s) will be inspected upon arrival. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges (EU)
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another product, please contact us at chezqhuit@gmail.com.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and Other European Countries
For customers outside the European Union but within Europe, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Countries Outside the European Union
Due to the high cost of international returns, we currently do not offer standard returns, exchanges or refunds for orders shipped outside the European Union.
Please carefully review product descriptions and size guides before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us at chezqhuit@gmail.com and we will review the situation individually.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chezqhuit@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with you to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
